Alinea Church

Man they grow up on you fast. Happy 15th birthday to Wyatt! What a blast it is to be your dad!

I’m flying through LAX on a red eye and just read the news. I really don’t think anyone can have the right words. I recently heard a word unpacked that captures this emotion better than any - anguish. We feel anguish. Pain that we cannot put into words. Rage that we can’t process. Almost an inability to comprehend dead children. Parents have just found out their precious children aren’t coming home. Anguish.

We are so grateful to have had the past two weeks to relax, rest, and rejuvenate. We could not have done this without the amazing team @alinea.church They literally told us to leave and turn off our phones. They coordinated, communicating, preached, lead worship, greeted guests, and embodied the Alinea spirit which finds its values in the fruit of the Spirit. I could not be prouder.

This woman is truly one of a kind. Full of character, full of grace, kind, hard working, loving, just…. There’s not enough words!
