P90X Update

Yoga – Don’t laugh but this is the hardest workout.  Its an 1.5 hours…only did 30 minutes.  Stood in one place and sweated like crazy.  Then the next day felt areas of soreness I didn’t even know existed!
Legs/Back – Ouch.  My legs are toast and we didn’t even use weights.  I hate that I have to climb stairs.
Kenpo – By far the funnest workout!  Its amazing how fast an hour flies by when your having a good time.  Lots of moving, punching, kicking, and jumping around.  I’m beat!
