Quick Update

On my way to get some lunch.

Wyatt is good – pathetic looking – but good.  Fever has spiked a couple of times.  Last time this morning.  MRI came out normal.  Last night he ate 6 oz of formula, a jar of bananas, and some cheerios out of our hand.  Face is all jacked up because apparently he’s allergic to the bedding or detergent.  Looks like he was in a boxing match.  Neurologists seems to think we’ll go home tomorrow –  as long as there are no more fever spikes.  Still not sure what he has or what the virus is.  All the cultures have come out negative so it isn’t bacterial.

Thank you for your prayers!

  1. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers throughout the day. We love you guys and know that Jesus has all of you tightly in His arms. I am so thankful that even in times like this when we feel helpless that we serve a loving God who is big enough to handle any situation.

PS. Congrats on your new house! Let us know when you when moving day is – we would be glad to help!

  2. We have been praying for Wyatt in our teachers meeting at Richmond Christian School. I am so glad to know that he will be fine. I can’t wait to tell everyone at school.

  6. Hey Guys,
We’re praying for you guys! Y’all have been on our minds all week. Feel so helpless just waiting on your updates, but we know the Lord has all y’all in his hands! Hope to see you home tomorrow!

  7. I hope this morning everything is looking better. You guys have been in our thoughts and prayers all week. At work I always turn my phone off, because it may interfere with the heart monitors, but for some reason I forgot and as soon as the text came across my phone I just happened to be standing in the nurses station. I heard something from my backpack and as soon as I saw what was going on I began to pray. I just wish I had known you were there so I could have gone downstairs to the ER for a little moral support. YOu guys take care and we will continue to keep Wyatt and you guys in our prayers….Leigh
